Online design proof is offered free with all purchases.

What if I don't have artwork ready for production?

You need not worry because we will help you to make a new production-ready artwork from a scratch. We offer 100% artwork assistance with all our products.

How soon can I expect to receive my product?

Shipping
How soon will you ship my order?

Usually the shipping is done immediately after the production finishes and your order will reach you within 1-7 business days depending on your location. We offer UPS or FEDEX shipping.

* We don't bear responsibility for any shipping delays caused due to natural disasters, couriers, or anything beyond our control.

What are the shipping charges for different products?

We request customers to check the shipping charges in the shopping cart. This charge is usually calculated on factors such as preferred shipping method, location and weight of order.

What are the regular production and delivery times?

There are many factors that will affect production and delivery times. Orders are subject to possible standard shipping and production delays that are out of our control. However, if you are working with a tight time frame, please contact our customer service department at 855-454-3786 and we will do our best to help you out with rush production and/or expedited shipping.

Returns
Can I return the product, if I don't like it?

An item goes into production only after seeking a client's approval on design proof, so we don't accept imprinted merchandise. Glow products are not returnable.

What if I receive a damaged order or wrong product?

We offer 100% refund for any errors committed on our part. You can always contact us our toll free number 855-454-3786 to check the possibilities. As said before, products damaged during shipment are non-refundable. We bear all responsibility for orders that are erroneously/irrevocably damaged due to poor quality printing or printing errors.

Payments
How can I pay for the order?

We offer 3 payment modes - pay pal, credit/debit card and pay after approval. Our clients can pay through Discover, Visa, American Express and Master Card. We only ask you to pay after seeking your approval on online design proof.

Ordering Requirements
What is the ordering process at Promo4kids.com?

Anyone who wishes to buy from us can easily do it through following steps:

Step 1 - You can easily order from us by browsing through categories- in menu or arranged on the left hand side of the website under title categories. You can also conduct advanced search to find products organized under different categories.

Step 2- Enter the quantity and click proceed for entering into the next phase of shopping.

Step 3- Login into the shopping area using your login details or click on express checkout.

Step 4 - Enter your contact information and choose the payment method.

Step 5 - Enter art work details and wrap the ordering process.

What is the minimum quantity for ordering?

We have set different minimum quantities for products depending on their demand. Please check against each product to know more.

What are the art requirements for these products?

Check each product to know more about the art requirements. If you require more than one color, then please mention composites and separations. Email us print ready files in PDF, PNG, EPS, TIFF, JPG & AI formats.

How do you accept art work?

We accept art work via email or you can upload it along with your orders. You can email us the art work at art@Promo4kids.com.

Can I expect the same colors as seen on the online proof?

We try to imprint the items with the same colors as per the online proof, but differences may occur due to printing material, choice of colors and method of printing. Therefore, we cannot assure you 100% accuracy in printing colors.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you have made up your mind against pursuing the order then feel free to inform us before the item goes into production. If the product is already in the production stage, a client will be billed according to labor and material costs incurred prior to cancellation.

How can I make claims?

If you notice any discrepancies in count of items received then feel free to inform us within 48 hours or the claim will not be honored.
