Clarity - We only accept JPEG and bitmap images of resolution higher than 300 dpi.

Production begins only after seeking customer approval on design and advertisers can interact with us during the art set up for making the graphic changes.

Customer Service & Shipping - Cam Neal was our Promo4Kids.com Rep. I explained that previously we had ordered a coloring book from a different vendor and ended up tearing pages out because it had products that we did not carry at our credit union. He highly suggested I purchase a sample and we received it right away. I put the order in. He sent me a proof and we received the product in a very timely manner. Absolutely enjoyed working with Cam and look forward to working with him again.
